The Wheeler family has been in the drilling business for over 100 years. The Wheeler's held the Number 2 Company Water Well License in the State of Texas, issued in 1962. Ronnie Wheeler has been running the business since 1980, when he took it over from his father, Raymond Wheeler. Ronnie and Jason Wheeler, a 4th generation driller, have more than 60 years of experience and know the area quite well.

Our company specializes in water wells, complete with pumps and tanks. From new water well drilling to servicing old wells, we can provide our customers with quality service and repair.

Our drilling department, with over 60 years of experience, is run by Jason and his crew. Together with Curtis and Tanner, they drilled 729 wells in 2012 alone. We proudly serve property owners throughout Odessa, Andrews, Midland, TX, and the surrounding areas of West Texas.

Todd Williams, Ronnie’s nephew and 28-year employee, is the supervisor of our many service trucks. Other service employees include Victor, Bob, and Wesley, who have a combined experience of more than 45 years with Wheeler Drilling & Water Well Service.

Suzi Yates, is part of our office staff, with over 25 years with the company. She has proven to be invaluable as our office manager. Sandra joined our office staff in the accounting department and also speaks Spanish. Jasmine helps with the accounts receivables.
