“Little did I know, my water pressure tank had been leaking for at least a month. Since it's located quite a distance from where I live and I have limited mobility, I hadn’t been able to check on it. When my son finally got a look, the area was completely overgrown with weeds — and worse, there was a steady stream of water coming from the tank. My heart sank. Shortly after, he texted me a detailed worksheet outlining the diagnosis and costs. We agreed it needed to be done — there was no way around it — and he got to work.

A few hours later, he called again: the work was done, and he gave me the final bill. Justin was incredibly thoughtful throughout, doing everything he could to keep costs manageable for me. I truly feel he went above and beyond. Not only did he fix the problem — he transformed a 45-year-old pressure tank into something that looked brand new. Clean, shiny, and functional.

When I called to make the payment, I was once again met with that same warm, kind voice from the beginning. That consistency in care means the world to someone like me.
